Annual Yearbook Updates

Once each year, every church in the United Church of Christ is asked to submit updated information about their congregations. The requested information is usually available in local annual reports but it is important for all that this information is available for the UCC Annual Yearbook.  Below, you’ll find twelve reasons why submitting this information is so important.

All churches have received two emails (January 11 and February 16) with instructions for entering the information into the UCC Data HubKO churches can enter their information directly online through March 2.  After that date, Jan Lange, KO Registrar will need to assist churches with entering the information.  Jan is also available to help churches who find entering the data themselves onerous before the March 2 deadline.  She can be contacted at registrar@kocucc.org to arrange a time to receive the information over the phone. Churches can also complete the information found in the Church Instructions on Pages 7-14 and send that to Jan’s email and she will enter for you.

Please make this a priority as it is an important part of being in covenant with the United Church of Christ. Your help in completing this task is much appreciated. Thank you!
