This is the notice for the Special Meeting of the Thirty-Fifth General Synod. Notice is hereby given that the meeting will take place on May 9, 2026, at 6:00 pm Eastern Time (5 pm Central Time), and is expected to conclude by 9:00 pm Eastern Time (8:00 pm Central Time). All delegates will attend the meeting remotely through communications equipment (UCC Bylaw 191)

It’s time once again for the annual Yearbook report.

Every January, Phillips hosts Remind & Renew as an opportunity to bring clergy and alumni together to focus on a particular topic and worship together.

After I sent my letter to the Conference last Monday, I heard from a number of people who shared the same feeling. They are paying attention to what is happening in Minnesota and in other states. They are worried. They care about their neighbors. They care about democracy. And they don’t know what to do next. Some aren’t sure where to begin. Some are afraid to take a step at all.

As I write about my experiences in Minneapolis, January 21 through the 23rd, the things that most stand out in my mind about that journey were the residents of Minneapolis.

All webinars are offered from 6:30 to 7:30pm Central Time.

Near the end of last year, Fellowship Congregational UCC in Tulsa hosted a gun buyback event with the support of the KO Conference.
