UCC Annual Yearbook and Directory

The annual Yearbook is here! Churches should have received an email at the beginning of February with instructions for filling out their Yearbook information. The deadline for submission is March 21, 2025.

Last year, our conference achieved a 60% submission rate. I would love to see us reach 75%! You will notice that the Data Hub (the platform that is used to collect and store church data) looks different this year. For the past several months, the CARDD Team (Center for Analytics, Research & Development, and Data) has been working hard to transition to a new platform. Of course, all data migration processes have bumps along the road and it hasn’t been a seamless transition. I am hopeful that the new Data Hub will be more intuitive to navigate than the old system was, once everything has been ironed out.

Please don’t let these changes deter you from submitting your Yearbook information - there are so many reasons to submit every year. The information collected helps to identify trends, maintains data for applying for grants or loans, and acts as an archive of your churches records, just to name a few! You can see other reasons by clicking this link: 12 Important Reasons to Submit Annual Data

So, as you sit down to submit your 2024 data, please remember to give yourself some extra time. Try out the new system and see what it’s like. If you are struggling, please send me a message (registrar@kocucc.org) or give me a call, I am always willing to help. While it is best if each church submits their own data, it is possible for me to enter information for you. Please reach out if that is what needs to happen in order for your church to have accurate records.
